During meditation one relaxes the body then relaxes the mind gently. Focusing on the present – a nimitta or bodily sensation may arise. This may only happen if one is not overly controlling.
No need to control and pull the mind in a certain direction. Set an intention and then leave it be.
Can you Really let go though?
When the time comes – during meditation the door will be open. Go inside the door by letting go step by step. Fear may arise…
It is easy to say and think about letting go – but when the time comes – can it be done? Or are you still attached?
Have some faith and trust the process…go in…let go…
