There are many things that happens to one in the life and the clinging people have leads them to think and do more about these things.
Is that view correct?
Impermanence is the natural law of the 5 sense world – kamma loka. Doing good at school, impressing people, doing tasks, working a job, marriage, taking care of the home, activities, recreation, family. What are these things? How important do you make them? How do you view them?
They are nothing. They lead nowhere to continued suffering and rebirth. Why do you look to the for some lasting peace and safety from the storm?
It cannot be provided.
Instead view them as they are. Suffering, impermanent and non-self. Cling and put large amounts of effort into these things at your own risk.
If they are viewed in the correct way – nibbida (disenchantment, revulsion) arises.
